In his Dunedin Stories interview with Dunedin councillor candidate Rebecca (Bex) Twemlow, Andrew Simms discusses how he doesn’t want to be mayor, he wants to be “Really Good” Mayor of Dunedin.
“I’m not interested in being the Mayor of Dunedin. I’m interested in being a really good Mayor of Dunedin, and that people would put me into that box with perhaps some of the people we could name from the past that were really good mayors of Dunedin. That’s what I’m interested in being.”
